I'm a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in fitness, diet, nutrition, anatomy, and physiology. I've helped hundreds—if not thousands—of clients transform their health and lifestyle through practical, science-based coaching. My journey is entirely self-made; I’ve built my expertise from the ground up without relying on mentors, affiliations, or industry strings attached. I’ve competed in bodybuilding, Hyrox, Metrix, and mountaineering, giving me a well-rounded perspective on performance and resilience. Clients choose me because I offer honest, independent guidance rooted in real-world experience, not trends or gimmicks. My approach is direct, effective, and tailored to each individual’s goals.
